Content Manager – Lead Strategy and Team

About the role

CureMD is seeking an experienced Content Manager to own the content strategy, creation, and distribution process. You will lead a team of creators and collaborate across departments to produce high‑quality content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
• Lead and mentor a team of content specialists, ensuring delivery of blogs, white papers, social media, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and customer initiatives.
• Oversee SEO optimization, ensuring content meets user intent and best‑practice visibility standards.
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate visual assets with the design team.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines such as copyright and GDPR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 6+ years of content creation/strategy experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage high‑performing content teams and drive results.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• SEO knowledge and implementation.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Proficiency in content analytics and digital marketing tools.
