Content & Narrative Lead (Remote)

About the role

Caprae Capital Partners is seeking a Content & Narrative Lead to shape its public voice across social platforms, newsletters, email, and thought‑leadership pieces. This writing‑first, fast‑paced role offers high autonomy and the chance to influence brand perception in the private‑equity space.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit high‑impact content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, and email, translating complex finance and growth concepts into clear narratives.
• Own cross‑platform distribution and repurposing strategy, tailoring format, tone, memes, and timing to each channel and iterating based on engagement signals.
• Protect and strengthen Caprae’s brand, ensuring all output feels native to the internet rather than corporate.
• Manage newsletters and nurture content, maintaining strong deliverability, list hygiene, and effective audience segmentation.
• Pitch content ideas, hooks, and narrative arcs while applying design taste to simple visuals, carousels, and memes using Canva or Figma.

Required profile

• Experience with thought‑leadership or founder‑brand content creation.
• Proven email deliverability and newsletter management experience.
• Background in finance, startups, or investing.
• Light design skills, particularly with Canva or Figma.
