Content & Partnerships Manager (MTO)

About the role

Oladoc is looking for an MTO to lead content creation and partnership development for its Fit by Oladoc platform. You will produce engaging food and lifestyle videos that showcase the AI Meal Scanner and health coach, while building collaborations with restaurants and cafés across Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Create original short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, meeting the quality standards of Oladoc’s public pages.
• Develop content concepts, hooks and formats, and shoot on location at restaurants and cafés.
• Identify, approach and onboard restaurant and café partners, managing relationships from outreach to live collaboration.
• Support collaborations with creators, trainers and gyms, and track all partner activity accurately.
• Utilise AI tools for scripting, voice‑over, post‑production and outreach to scale content efficiently.
• Review content performance and apply insights to improve future releases.
• Contribute new content and partnership ideas on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• Strong creative instinct for video that captures attention and encourages sharing.
• Confidence on camera and solid editing skills to finish shoots.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with professional communication abilities.
• Self‑directed, quick learner with a minimum three‑month full‑time onsite commitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs and Runway.
