Contract Attorney (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Attorney to join our technology platform on a contractual basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements that support high‑volume gig‑economy transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, including service agreements, terms of service, and vendor contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms with counterparties to balance business objectives and legal protections.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all drafted and executed agreements.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contract execution and performance.
• Maintain organized contract records and track key dates, renewal terms, and obligations.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in good standing with experience in transactional law, preferably in technology or commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract formation, interpretation, and enforcement principles.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Ability to analyze complex legal and business issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
