Contract Executive

About the role

The Contract Executive will oversee the full contract lifecycle and governance framework for Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital‑first strategy and regulatory obligations. This role is pivotal in safeguarding legal compliance, mitigating contractual risks, and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with bank clients, fintech partners, technology vendors and service providers.
• Ensure all agreements comply with State Bank of Pakistan regulations, data‑privacy laws and internal policies.
• Identify contractual risks, propose mitigation measures and report breaches promptly.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to address governance and regulatory issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.) and external stakeholders on contract matters.
• Provide guidance, training and best‑practice recommendations on contract management and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of contract management experience, preferably in banking, financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of SBP regulations, contract law and corporate governance principles.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with contract management systems.
