Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (Remote, Contract)

About the role

Living In a Bubble (LIAB) is a fast‑growing DTC brand that designs premium campervan and RV accessories. We are looking for a senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to own our experimentation programme end‑to‑end, working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑funnel data, UX and conversion audits using GA4, Shopify Analytics, session recordings/heatmaps and Core Web Vitals.
• Build and continuously refresh a prioritized 90‑day A/B testing roadmap.
• Write clear technical briefs and wireframes for the Shopify developer, ensuring zero ambiguity.
• Own the test cadence: brief the developer, QA the build, and determine test outcomes with statistical rigour.
• Report monthly on conversion rate, average order value and ROI, providing actionable recommendations.
• Make sequencing judgment calls on high‑leverage leak points (product page, cart‑add, checkout) without day‑to‑day direction.

Required profile

• Senior‑level CRO professional with a hands‑on, autonomous approach.
• Proven experience designing and executing data‑driven experiments for high‑consideration e‑commerce products.
• Strong statistical mindset, comfortable interpreting significance and power.
• Self‑motivated remote worker who can set roadmaps and make strategic decisions independently.
