Corporate Account Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Corporate Account Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of ICT solutions within the corporate sector. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction across a portfolio of enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers through personal contacts, referrals, and cold calling.
• Maintain strict adherence to reporting mechanisms and submit monthly commitment numbers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.
• Manage sales operations and actively use online sales and opportunity management systems.
• Provide market feedback and analysis to inform strategy.
• Formulate and execute sales plans tailored to corporate clients.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing from a reputable, HEC‑recognized university.
• 3–5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in ICT, telecom, or corporate SMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and ability to articulate their benefits.
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.
• Established corporate connections, especially within financial institutions or banks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Team player capable of building strong internal and external relationships.
• Ability to deliver under challenging, time‑bound situations.
