Corporate Affairs Director

About the role

The Corporate Affairs Director will lead PepsiCo's integrated Corporate Affairs, Public Policy and Government Affairs agenda in Pakistan. This senior position is responsible for defending the business with government stakeholders and shaping the company’s external reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement new government advocacy platforms, campaigns and solutions for emerging legislation.
• Lead all government‑related activities, including permits, licences and approvals for multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Coach business leaders on government advocacy and media interactions.
• Oversee external and executive communications initiatives to enhance PepsiCo’s perception.
• Direct Corporate Media Relations strategy and act as the senior media spokesperson in Pakistan.
• Sponsor and manage CSR, NGO partnerships, private‑public partnerships and employee volunteering programmes.
• Drive internal communications aligned with strategic priorities, OHS, and reward programs.
• Participate in the Pakistan Po1 Executive Committee, advising senior leadership and integrating Corporate Communications with PPGA.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team across both functions, providing coaching and development.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in senior corporate communications and public affairs.
• Proven leadership track record in FMCG or multi‑brand environments.
• Experience working directly with CEOs, GMs and senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder‑relation strategies aligned with business outcomes.
