Corporate Attorney – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned corporate attorney to join a global technology leader on a remote contract basis. The attorney will support the organization’s transactional needs, ensuring that commercial agreements and corporate governance documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, partnership, and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies across all transactional documentation.
• Advise on legal risks associated with business transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, or termination.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business development teams to align legal terms with business goals.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in transactional law, focusing on corporate or commercial contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal terms.
