Corporate Attorney – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. This fully remote position allows you to support corporate transactions, compliance, and legal documentation from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as vendor, partnership, and service agreements.
• Ensure all transactional documents comply with legal requirements and corporate policies.
• Identify legal risks in business transactions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, or termination.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business development teams to align legal terms with business goals.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of experience in transactional law, focusing on corporate or commercial contracts.
