Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

About the role

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will act as a strategic resource to develop and implement CSR and sustainability initiatives within BYD Pakistan's automotive manufacturing environment. This role focuses on strengthening community engagement, environmental responsibility, and social impact while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute CSR and sustainability strategies covering employee engagement, community development, and environmental initiatives.
• Lead organization‑wide awareness programs, partnerships, and engagement activities that promote responsible business practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, leadership teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to embed sustainability into daily operations.
• Manage sustainability reporting, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and global best practices related to ESG and responsible conduct.
• Track, analyze, and report key CSR and sustainability metrics ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in CSR, sustainability, employee engagement, or social impact programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Environmental Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant CSR/ESG certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, mobility, education, or community development is a plus.
