Corporate Trainer – Soft Skills & Leadership Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for professionals in Karachi and virtually. The focus will be on enhancing client relationship management, public speaking, effective communication, and emotional intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions on client dealing, presentation skills, communication, and anger/emotional management.
• Customize content to suit diverse corporate audiences across multiple industries.
• Create training materials, workbooks, and assessment tools.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business objectives.

Required profile

• 9–10+ years of corporate training experience with a proven track record of successful programs.
• Strong reputation in the learning & development community.
• Professional certifications in training, coaching, communication, or related fields are preferred.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Experience working with corporate teams across different sectors is a plus.
