Creative Assistant – Content & Design Support

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Assistant to support our creative learning hub that produces Photoshop and Illustrator tutorials. The role will help organise resources, keep content schedules on track and assist the team in publishing high‑quality design tutorials for beginners and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain creative assets, tutorial files and reference materials.
• Manage content calendars, schedule publishing dates and coordinate with designers.
• Assist in research of design trends, techniques and tutorial topics.
• Support the production of step‑by‑step tutorials, including proofreading and formatting.
• Coordinate publishing efforts across digital platforms and monitor performance.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in content organisation, scheduling and project coordination.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to support tutorial creation.
• Basic knowledge of graphic‑design tools, especially Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently and work independently.
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and content promotion.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• A degree or relevant experience in design, communication or a related field is a plus.
