Creative Associate

About the role

AIO is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Creative Associate to design digital and on‑premises assets for restaurant clients. You will craft social media graphics, digital menus, printed flyers and in‑store branding that help restaurants stand out and connect with their audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, on‑brand graphics for social media, digital menus and marketing assets.
• Create print‑ready materials such as posters, table tents, standees and packaging.
• Develop brand books that define visual identity and design guidelines.
• Produce visually compelling pitch decks for client presentations.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio covering digital, print, branding and presentations.
• Good eye for detail, layout, typography and colour.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Basic understanding of content strategy and brand building.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Video editing tools (preferred) – Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
