Creative Content Writer - B2B

About the role

A company is looking for a creative, research-driven content writer with 4-5 years of B2B writing experience to create content for its wholesale website, LinkedIn and relevant community platforms. The role combines original thinking, audience understanding and reliable research to build organic visibility, strengthen professional communities and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Write and update wholesale website content, including landing pages, product category pages, partnership pages and other business-focused copy.
• Create press releases, case studies, SEO blogs, LinkedIn articles, newsletters, research documents, gated resources and email campaigns.
• Write original, custom content tailored to different buyer groups, markets, platforms and campaign objectives.
• Plan and write content for LinkedIn company pages and leadership profiles, including posts, articles, carousels and thought leadership.
• Improve LinkedIn organic visibility through consistent publishing, content distribution and audience engagement.
• Build and nurture B2B communities on LinkedIn, industry groups and forums, and create community-specific content and discussions.
• Research industry trends, competitors and market developments, and gather and verify facts, statistics and sources.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers and apply SEO fundamentals and clear calls to action.
• Maintain content calendars, coordinate approvals, track performance and report on reach, impressions, engagement and enquiries.

Required profile

• 4-5 years of B2B content writing experience, with a portfolio showing creative and business-focused work.
• Experience writing for wholesale or other B2B websites, with knowledge of retailers, distributors, gyms, clubs and business buyers.
• Proven ability to write press releases, case studies, LinkedIn articles, blogs, campaigns and website copy.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn content strategy, community building and professional relationship development.
• Strong research, interviewing, editing and proofreading skills; knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI prompting for research, ideation and drafting, supported by fact-checking and editorial judgment.
