Creative Design Officer

About the role

Jhpiego Pakistan is looking for a Creative Design Officer to produce visually compelling materials that support its health initiatives. The role combines graphic design, photography, and video production to enhance the organization’s storytelling across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for social media, website, print, and other communication platforms while adhering to Jhpiego’s brand guidelines.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos at events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
• Edit and produce professional‑grade video content showcasing program achievements and stakeholder stories.
• Design promotional assets such as brochures, banners, standees, fact sheets, and social media graphics.
• Create visually engaging reports, presentations, and other documentation to convey program impact.
• Review all design and media outputs for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Deliver final creative assets in appropriate formats and resolutions for dissemination.
• Collaborate with Programs and Communications teams to brainstorm and execute visual storytelling ideas.
• Organize and maintain an archive of design files, photographs, and videos for future use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography, preferably in the non‑profit or health sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver who works well with diverse teams.
