Creative Designer

About the role

WERTEC is a retention‑marketing agency that partners with global DTC brands to boost customer engagement and revenue. We are seeking a highly creative Designer who can turn marketing concepts into high‑performing visual assets, especially for email and lifecycle campaigns. The role involves owning the creative process from concept through to final delivery, with a strong focus on conversion‑driven design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and execution of email campaigns and retention‑marketing assets.
• Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling, conversion‑focused designs.
• Design email templates, landing pages, presentations, and motion content.
• Collaborate with marketing, copy, and account teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design systems.
• Ensure pixel‑perfect execution across devices and email platforms.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and iterate designs based on performance data and A/B testing.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in lifecycle or email marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing email or retention‑marketing work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and pixel‑perfect delivery.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot.
