Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling content for a B2B software services company. The role focuses on social media and marketing design, with the opportunity to develop UI/UX skills over time.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, including carousel posts, promotional graphics and thought‑leadership visuals.
• Create banners, email graphics, brochures, company profiles, pitch decks and other marketing collateral that communicate technology, AI, cloud and digital transformation services.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing channels and collaborate with marketing and business‑development teams on campaigns.
• Assist in creating wireframes and UI mockups in Figma, support landing‑page and web‑application design, and contribute to user‑experience improvements under senior guidance.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a software house, digital agency or marketing environment.
• Proven portfolio showcasing social‑media and B2B marketing designs.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn UI/UX and product design, self‑motivated and open to feedback.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of social‑media content formats and best practices.
