Creative Manager – Agency Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Creative Manager to work directly under the Creative Director. The role involves translating briefs into compelling content, coordinating designers and editors, and ensuring timely delivery of social media and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and develop strong content ideas for campaigns, hiring, social media and digital advertising.
• Manage and coordinate designers, video editors and performance‑marketing teams, reviewing work for quality and consistency.
• Maintain content calendars, track campaign deadlines, and post organic content across company social media pages.
• Handle approvals, revisions, publishing schedules and monitor social content performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience, preferably in a creative environment.
• Strong creative thinking, idea‑generation ability and excellent organisational skills.
• Proactive, fast‑paced, detail‑oriented and able to work independently once direction is given.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, editors and performance marketers.

Required skills

• Understanding of social media content creation, paid advertising creatives and digital campaign workflows.
• Experience managing multiple creative resources and projects simultaneously.
