Creative Manager

About the role

Socialsupe is seeking a Creative Manager to lead the development of compelling campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to shape brand narratives across digital, social, print and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts from ideation through production for multiple client accounts.
• Translate brand strategies and briefs into actionable ideas that resonate across channels.
• Provide direction on art and copy to ensure high‑quality visual and written output.
• Collaborate with strategy, accounts and media teams to align creative solutions with client objectives.
• Oversee production timelines, budgets and brand consistency.
• Mentor junior designers, writers and content creators, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Present concepts confidently to clients and support new‑business pitches.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a creative role, with at least 2 years in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital‑first work across various industries.
• Expertise in either art direction or copywriting, with appreciation for both.
• Solid understanding of digital and social media trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
