Creative Social Media Manager Internship

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager Intern to support our digital marketing team. The role offers hands‑on experience in planning, creating and analysing social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and follower growth.
• Create and curate engaging posts, write captions, design graphics and select multimedia assets.
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to maintain a consistent posting calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
• Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, contests and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Passion for social media with familiarity of major platforms.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus.
