Creative Strategist & Multimedia Producer

About the role

LeadLocal, a US‑based digital marketing agency, is looking for a self‑driven Creative Strategist & Multimedia Producer to own client creative projects from concept through delivery. The role blends strategy, research, storytelling, graphic design, and short‑form video production.

Key responsibilities

• Research client brands, audiences, competitors and trends to uncover creative opportunities.
• Develop original concepts and content strategies for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, social campaigns and digital ads.
• Write scripts, hooks, voice‑overs and captions tailored to different audiences.
• Create storyboards, shot lists and detailed filming instructions.
• Design graphics, carousels and ad creatives for Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Produce and edit high‑quality short‑form videos, adding motion graphics, subtitles, music and sound effects.
• Generate creative variations for A/B testing and continuously improve performance.
• Manage multiple client projects, meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in creative production, multimedia design or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to independently research, conceptualize, plan and execute projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video trends on Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented and able to work remotely with a US‑based team.
