Creative Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Visual Designer who can turn briefs into eye‑catching visuals that stop users from scrolling. The role blends strong design fundamentals with a deep understanding of social platforms and modern AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media feeds, stories, ads and carousel posts that feel fresh and on‑brand.
• Create marketing assets such as banners, email templates, presentations and digital advertisements.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva) to accelerate production while preserving originality.
• Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams on campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of design trends and proactively introduce new ideas.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency or in‑house).
• Strong eye for typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to juggle multiple briefs without compromising quality.
• Portfolio that demonstrates purposeful, results‑driven work.
• Opinionated about design, receptive to feedback and self‑motivated.
