About the role
We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage credentialing portals such as CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS.
- Submit and follow up on credentialing and DEA registration applications.
- Handle ERA/EFT enrollment with insurance payers.
- Coordinate with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.
- Maintain accurate and organized credentialing records.
- Follow up with payers regarding network participation and provider status.
- Ensure timely completion and renewal of provider credentials.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in medical and behavioral health credentialing.
- Hands‑on experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and similar portals.
- Strong knowledge of provider licensing, DEA registration, and board certifications.
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment.
