CRM & Communication Associate – Marketplace Operations

About the role

The CRM & Communication Associate will support the Marketplace Operations team by creating and delivering seller communications across multiple channels. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Compliance and Product teams, you will help drive seller engagement and ensure messages are clear, timely and targeted.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, draft and send seller messages via email, instant messaging, push notifications and WhatsApp in English and Roman Urdu.
• Maintain seller data, segment audiences, manage communication calendars and produce campaign performance reports.
• Track delivery metrics such as open rates, click‑throughs and engagement, and use insights to optimise future communications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Seller Support, Product and Technology teams.
• Lead assigned seller‑engagement projects independently, from planning to execution.
• Manage seller communities, share updates, monitor feedback and escalate recurring issues.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, timely and reach the correct seller segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in CRM, e‑commerce, communications or community management is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort with learning and using CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
