CRM Coordinator

About the role

The CRM Coordinator is the operational backbone of Inflection Club’s member and prospect pipeline. You will own the integrity and performance of the HubSpot CRM, ensuring every contact, deal stage, and communication touchpoint is accurate, timely, and purposeful.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot daily: manage contact records, deal stages, custom properties, and lifecycle stages.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all member and prospect data, cleaning duplicates and resolving anomalies.
• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations that support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate with Partner/Origination and Managing Partner teams to keep pipeline data aligned with real‑time activity.
• Track and report on funnel metrics, surface insights to leadership, and create dashboards for pipeline health.
• Own audience segmentation and list management for outreach campaigns, ensuring the right message reaches the right segment at the right time.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive, able to spot process breakdowns before they become problems.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of data and processes.
• Collaborative, working closely with the Director of Community & Operations to prevent relationships from falling through the cracks.
