CTO / Lead Go-to-Market Engineer – AI Recruitment Platform

About the role

We are building an AI‑powered Recruitment Intelligence Platform that will reshape how recruiters, candidates, and employers interact. As CTO and Lead Go‑to‑Market Engineer, you will own the technical vision and lead the development of the core AI ecosystem that powers our business.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of an AI‑first recruitment intelligence platform covering candidate, employer, job, and market data.
• Design and implement AI agents for sourcing, profiling, scoring, and matching candidates to opportunities.
• Build recruiter productivity tools such as AI assistants, call guidance, and workflow automation.
• Develop marketplace products (legal, CPA, industry‑specific job portals) that consume the shared intelligence layer.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align technology with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building large‑scale AI or data‑intensive platforms.
• Strong background in recruitment technology or related SaaS products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical strategy.
• Comfortable working remotely with a focus on results.

Required skills

• Salesforce (operational system of record integration).
