Customer Advocate – Inbound Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Advocate who will combine empathetic support with inbound sales expertise for our e‑commerce partners. Working remotely, you will guide shoppers through product choices, recommend bundles, and help close sales while delivering a brand‑consistent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with shoppers via chat, email, and phone to provide product recommendations and bundles.
• Drive sales by leveraging deep knowledge of the brand’s identity and product line.
• Handle returns and tracking inquiries, identifying opportunities to retain the sale.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer support experience with a focus on sales or upselling.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and upload.
• Computer with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Strong empathy, patience, and persuasive communication skills.
