About the role

ReallTime is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Care Agent to join its on‑site team in Lahore. The position is full‑time and operates during night hours, handling both inbound and outbound interactions to ensure customers receive timely, personalized assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate customer calls and messages in English.
• Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product or service information.
• Document each interaction precisely in the company’s system.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards to maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
