About the role

We are expanding our Lahore office and seek a motivated Customer Care Executive to support our operations across the Food, Pharma, Logistics, and Health Care sectors. The role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records using office software and update client information.
• Coordinate with field teams to arrange visits and follow‑ups.
• Travel within the city as needed, using personal conveyance.
• Provide timely feedback to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with standard office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple social interactions professionally.
• Own reliable transportation for city‑wide mobility.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within the organization.
