Customer Care Professional

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Care Professional to manage communication with its US‑based client base. The position requires a candidate with prior call‑center experience who can deliver professional phone support in a structured, long‑term environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage follow‑up communication with existing US clients, handling post‑sale queries.
• Assist with onboarding questions and complete service documentation.
• Maintain accurate interaction records for each client conversation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, BPO or international customer service environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Patient, composed and solution‑oriented attitude.
• High school diploma (university students welcome).
• Full permanent availability for the fixed 6 PM – 2 AM shift, Monday to Saturday, on‑site.
