About the role
Join ABS International as a Customer Care Representative handling real conversations with US customers. You will resolve issues, manage follow‑ups, and provide memorable support during the evening shift.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage follow‑up actions and maintain accurate records in a US CRM environment.
Required profile
- Strong spoken and written English (US customers).
- Patient, composed, and genuinely good with people.
- Experience in customer support, call centre, or BPO preferred; freshers with excellent English are welcome.
- Available for the evening shift: Monday‑Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
- Able to commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Karachi (100% on‑site).
