Customer Experience Concierge – E‑Commerce (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge to drive sales and delight shoppers in an online environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them find products, complete purchases, and resolve any post‑purchase issues while representing the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat, email, SMS, or phone to answer product, order, and return inquiries.
• Identify and act on upselling, cross‑selling, bundling, and subscription recovery opportunities.
• Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery, win‑back campaigns, and proactive outreach to convert leads.
• Handle order tracking, exchanges, cancellations, and resolve issues to retain sales.
• Document interactions, analyze feedback, and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Zendesk.
• Use of CRM tools or other customer engagement platforms.
