Customer Experience Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our Lahore team as a Customer Experience Representative. This role involves directly handling client queries, resolving concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience during night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle day‑to‑day client inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with relevant internal departments to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate smooth communication across teams.
• Monitor account activities, provide regular updates and reports.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, account management or a related role (Fintech experience is a plus).
• Female preferred owing to gender equality requirements by clients.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work from 6 PM to 3 AM.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
