About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer will be the first point of contact for clients of an immigration law firm. You will handle inbound calls, nurture prospects, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

Receive and manage client calls professionally.
Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospective clients.
Understand client needs and provide initial guidance on immigration and education services.
Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with consultants to ensure an excellent client experience.

Required profile

Fresh graduates, interns and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, professional, client‑facing personality.
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
