Customer Sales Representative – Insurance Verifier (Night Shift)

About the role

RingWave BPO is seeking experienced Verifier Level Agents to join its core US Insurance campaign. You will work night shifts, qualifying high‑intent inbound prospects and ensuring compliance before executing live transfers to insurance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from qualified prospects in the US insurance market.
• Verify caller intent, gather required information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Execute live transfers to insurance agents or partners after successful qualification.
• Maintain accurate call logs and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets to earn commissions and bonuses.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Verifier or similar role in a US or international call‑center environment.
• Flawless spoken English with strong accent comprehension.
• Excellent objection handling and qualification abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Both male and female candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
