About the role

We are looking for a target‑driven Customer Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships. The role involves lead generation, proposal preparation, and conducting sales calls to support our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Conduct sales calls and client meetings to present company services and solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, agreements, and other sales documentation.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication for conversion.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience preparing proposals and sales documentation.
• Ability to conduct professional sales calls and client presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/software tools.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
