Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our UK Travel Campaign as Customer Sales Representatives. The role involves handling travel‑related inquiries and providing a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and general travel information.
• Provide accurate details on travel packages, flights, hotels, transportation, and related services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and campaign guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and satisfaction metrics.
• Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and company policies.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 0–6 months experience in customer service, call centre, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system for record keeping.
