Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our UK Travel Campaign as Customer Sales Representatives. The role involves handling travel‑related inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering a positive experience to every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist with bookings, reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and general travel information.
• Provide accurate details on travel packages, flights, hotels, transportation, and related services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and campaign guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, satisfaction).
• Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and company policies.

Required profile

• Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 0–6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or related field; fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude.
