Customer Sales Representative

About the role

Trust Communication is a BPO agency that provides outbound appointment‑setting services for US‑based clients. We are looking for motivated Customer Sales Representatives to work remotely from Pakistan, handling outbound calls, qualifying leads and setting appointments for client sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers following client scripts and campaign goals.
• Qualify leads, set appointments and accurately log outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate and appointment targets.
• Maintain professional US‑market phone etiquette and adapt messaging for different segments.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and customer objections.
• Keep interaction records, dispositions and scheduling details up to date in the CRM.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge, objection handling and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Proven outbound experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or telesales.
• Clear English pronunciation suitable for US‑bound calls.
• Ability to follow scripts, handle objections and achieve measurable KPIs.
• Resilience, punctuality and comfort working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Team player willing to engage in coaching and quality audits.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web‑based dashboards.
• Accurate typing for note‑taking.
