About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our UK Travel Campaign as Customer Sales Representatives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting travelers with bookings and inquiries, and delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with travel‑related inquiries, including bookings, reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and general travel information.
• Provide accurate information regarding travel packages, flights, hotels, transportation, and related services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures during customer interactions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Stay updated on travel products, promotions, company policies, and campaign guidelines.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction.

Required profile

• Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 0–6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
