Customer Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Sales Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Muslim Town, Faisalabad. You will engage with inbound and outbound customer inquiries, present our services, and turn qualified leads into sales while delivering professional and empathetic support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and messages, qualify prospects, and schedule follow‑ups.
• Prepare basic proposals or quotes and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update customer interaction logs.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide post‑sale support to nurture long‑term customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets while adhering to company standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and sales abilities, including lead qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and clear presentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Muslim Town, manage time effectively and handle multiple interactions daily.
• Prior experience in sales, customer support or call‑center environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing or communications is a plus.
