Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are hiring results‑driven B2B Sales Executives for international outbound sales. This is a calling‑first role (outbound + inbound) with structured training, transparent commission, and a clear promotion path for top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to international B2B prospects and handle inbound interest.
• Qualify leads, negotiate terms and close contracts that produce measurable revenue.
• Achieve weekly activity targets (50+ qualified outreach touches) and convert pipeline into closed deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and activity logging; follow the 3:1 prospect→pipeline guideline.
• Nurture client relationships to drive renewals and retention.
• Participate in daily sales huddles, call coaching and continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

• 1+ year international B2B sales, outbound sales or client‑acquisition experience (BPO or outbound roles considered).
• Professional English (verbal & written; C1/C2 level).
• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Available for fixed night shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM) and able to work on‑site in Gulistan‑e‑Johar.
• Strong motivation to achieve high earnings and career growth.
