About the role
We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives / Voice Agents to handle both inbound and outbound voice campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for F.E and MVA voice campaigns.
- Achieve targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 months of call center experience, especially in MVA and FE campaigns.
- Strong English communication skills and confident, professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Full‑time availability for the 7 pm – 4 am shift (Mon‑Fri).
