Customer Sales Representative

About the role

Homeward Partners is a real estate investment firm that buys homes as-is for cash, with a quick, transparent process and no seller fees. It is hiring a Customer Sales Representative based in Lahore to support homeowners and prospective sellers as they explore a sale and move through the transaction process. This is an on-site customer support position.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and digital channels with a courteous, professional approach.
• Explain the as-is home-buying process, cash offers, closing costs and available closing-date options using approved information.
• Gather and accurately record customer details, property information, questions and next steps in the company's systems.
• Qualify inquiries and route relevant information to the appropriate acquisition or transaction team members.
• Coordinate follow-ups and help customers understand progress through the closing process, including coordination with reputable title companies.
• Resolve routine concerns, escalate complex issues promptly, and keep complete, accurate interaction records.
• Meet service quality and response-time expectations while protecting customer information.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written communication, with a clear, courteous style and active listening.
• Customer service experience handling inquiries, explaining processes and resolving routine concerns.
• Ability to ask relevant questions, capture accurate details and identify the right next step for each customer.
• Organized follow-up habits and careful record keeping in a CRM or similar system.
• Sound judgment with sensitive customer and property information, and the ability to manage several conversations and priorities.
• Interest in real estate transactions and willingness to learn the basics of as-is purchases, cash offers and closing coordination.

Required skills

• Comfort using computers, email, spreadsheets and digital communication tools; willingness to learn company systems.
• CRM or similar management tool record keeping.
