Customer Sales Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

The Xylo is looking for energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join its DME campaign on a night‑shift schedule. This on‑site, full‑time position is based in Karachi and focuses on promoting healthcare‑related products and services over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers by phone to introduce and sell services and healthcare products such as braces.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Listen actively to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout each call.
• Document customer interactions and report feedback to the team.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Strong time‑management and organizational capabilities.
• Team‑player with a proactive, target‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced night‑shift environment.
