Customer Sales Representative – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a confident sales professional with excellent English communication skills to join our fast‑paced, performance‑driven team. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound customer interactions during the night shift at our Johar Town office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote products.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Persuade, negotiate and handle customer objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of product sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a performance‑driven environment and meet targets.
• Confident, energetic, customer‑focused personality.
• Willingness to work onsite during the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM).
• At least one year of sales experience in a USA/Canadian campaign.
