Customer Sales Representative – Travel Campaign

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our UK Travel Campaign as Customer Sales Representatives. Based in Muslim Town, Faisalabad, you will handle travel‑related enquiries and support customers throughout their booking journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations and provide general travel information.
• Provide accurate details on travel packages, flights, hotels, transportation and related services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, SOPs and campaign guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–6 months experience in customer service, call centre or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to record and manage customer interactions.
