Customer Sales Representative – US Market

About the role

ABS International is seeking confident communicators to engage US‑based customers from our Karachi office. You will handle outbound follow‑ups, nurture warm leads and build professional relationships over the phone, without cold‑calling from a blank list.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound follow‑up calls to warm leads and existing US customers.
• Provide consultative sales support and address customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s US CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics tracking tools to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with outbound follow‑up calls and relationship building.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in international sales or customer support, or fresh graduates with the right attitude.
• Available for a permanent evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday‑Saturday).
• Able to commute to Gulistan‑E‑Jouhar, Karachi for a 100% on‑site role.
