Customer Sales Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Specialist to join our night‑shift team. You will interact with customers through calls, chat, email and social media, helping them place orders, resolve issues and encouraging repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with order placement and retention.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints and requests via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and provide order status updates while maintaining a professional tone.
• Utilise our CRM system to log interactions, track sales opportunities and maintain accurate records.
• Listen actively and propose effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with strong grammar.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer‑service experience in an international call‑center environment.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 pm – 3:00 am).
• O Levels/Matric or higher education.
• Fast typing skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
